With over 25 years in the Home Entertainment industry, David Rand brings a wealth of experience and contacts to Grand Entertainment Group. David began his career in distribution first at a small regional distributor and then on to a national distributor with Baker & Taylor, where he worked his way up the corporate ladder from Territory manager, to Branch manager and finally to Regional Sales Director. Following this, David took the bold step of launching a home video company for Legendary film maker Roger Corman, where he served in many positions and finally as President. Over the course of a successful decade, David mastered every element of the business and forged relationships with countless vital partners in the industry. David then took the high-profile position of National Director of Sales with Lions Gate Entertainment, before his entrepreneurial spirit brought him to Thinkfilm where he has successfully built and grown the company as its Vice President & General Manager. Then David joined Image Entertainment as its Senior Vice President of sales where he helped grow its Feature film division. For the past year and a half David as Executive Vice President for Maya Entertainment lead his team on all platforms to be one of the premier Latino content providers in the U.S.

Gina has over 2 decades of Home Entertainment Marketing & Publicity experience and most recently was Vice President of Marketing and Publicity for Maya Entertainment where among other duties, she oversaw the development and implementation of marketing programs, publicity, promotions, and creative campaigns for all home video, VOD, digital and catalog releases. Prior to that, Gina was Vice President of home entertainment for Echo Bridge Entertainment, executive director of marketing and advertising for Hallmark Home Entertainment , Also Gina served as creative director for LIVE Entertainment & and Epic Productions.
VIce President, Accounting
Heather is a CPA with 24 years of accounting experience in a variety of industries. Heather received her Accounting Degree from Pepperdine University and then started her career in the tax department at KPMG Peat Marwick. She then worked for Provident Financial Management where she managed the finances of those in the entertainment industry. Heather then worked in the accounting department for Icon Productions. Following that, Heather became the CFO for Metalagraphics, Inc. before working for Grand Entertainment Group.
Background that includes former work with Maya Entertainment, Image Entertainment, THINKFilm Company, Republic PIctures and distribution experience with Video, Trend, Baker and Taylor, Sound Unlimited and previous sales experience in the music industry.
